my mum has had a pain in her groin and lower back region for the last few days!
it's more noticeable when she stretches her leg out or walks up stairs!!
she describes it as a pulling pain!
she has been in town for a couple of hours and now says it's aching like mad!

I had that for months and put it aside, as I have Arthritis anyway so what is one more pain in the groin. Until it came on acute and then I saw the Doc. Eventually they located a prolapsed disc, so I suggest you get your Mum to see a Doc asap. Perhaps IF I had seen one about this groin pain, I might have been able to save the Disc?

trapped nerve or a trapped muscle. osteopaths or physio's can help release these.

if that doesnt work then collogen injections will do the trick.
