As the title says, would accidently drinking, not much, Pure Vanilla Extract cause any damage to health?

No. Some desperate alcoholics drink vanilla extract if they can't find anything else. Prolonged, yes, accidentally once, no.

No. It has alcohol and thus the warning
It is intended for food and is concentrated, so not intended for consumption directly from the bottle. It is intended as an ingredient where it is disbursed.
