Freeze until desire to use it.
I buy large family pack & cook it all, drain & freeze in smaller packages; easy to microwave/thaw & add ingredients when unexpected company arrives. Clean up grease on stove once instead of every time you cook it.

Spanish Rice: add cup cooked rice, small can tomato paste, salt/pepper.

Chili: add can kidney beans, can of tomatoes, then according to your taste of salt, pepper, chili powder.

Goulash: add can tomatoes, cooked elbow macarroni, season to taste with salt/pepper.

Spaggetti: add jar of favorite spaggetti sauce & season with all or combination of garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, sweet basil, salt/pepper. Put on top of cooked spaggetti.

Pizza sauce: same as spaggetti sauce & top on your pizza crust for hamburger pizza. Don't add 'real' cheese since lactose intolerant.

you said it was COOKED meat..... well you could as others say make a soup . cabbage rolls are good too... You can also take some phyllo dough and wrap the meat after you add some cinamon and some nuts (or cheese and onion) in the dough, wrap like a burrito make sure all is closed and fry it in the frying pan till golden brown. These can be frozen or eaten hot or room temperature.

You can make some noodles and mix the meat with an undiluted can of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup water, mushrooms and cooked onions, heat through then add some yogurt or sour cream as you are about to pull it out of the pan to pour over your noodles and you have stroganoff americana...

Meatloaf rocks if you cook it right, meatballs is a default along with spaghetti, taco's too. When all else fails, make manwich or hamburger helper!

Chilli though is PERFECT for this weather!!!! Mater of fact, I may just make some in the next couple of days.

Chili, soup, tacos or taco salad, loaded cheese dip, hamburger helper, spaghetti, mix w/white gravy over toast, or a casserole will all use precooked burger. I don't think you can make meatballs or meatloaf with precooked burger, I'd like to know myself...

EASY MEATLOAF

2 lb. hamburger meat
1 small onion chopped
2 eggs whole
2-3 slices of bread

Wet bread with water and tear apart into small chunks. Add a regular size jar of Ragu mushrooms and green peppers (or your choice). Mix all ingredients well and put into an ovenproof dish.
Bake at 450°F about 35 mintues.

Remove from oven and add honey bbq sauce on top, enough to spread over top. Return to oven and cook on broil for 5 minutes longer; just enough to brown the top of the sauce.

A few slices of fresh green pepper rings or onion rings may be put on the top of the meatloaf for decoration.

Let cool and serve.

Chili, spaghtti, freeze it and save it for later.
Put it on a pizza, Walmart sales shredded veggi cheese, made from vegetable oil rather than milk.
