You cannot reduce fat from a certain targeted area of your body just by using exercise alone. The abdominal area is no exception.
So, if you want to get a flat stomach and reveal your abs, losing the fat covering them is the way to go.

The only way to do this is to lose fat proportionately from your entire body by burning more calories than you consume.

With recent shows like So You Think You Can Dance and Dancing with the Stars, the popularity of dancing is growing. And, in terms of health and fitness, this is a great thing.

According to Edward Laskowski, MD, physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist at the Mayo Clinic, dancing can burn as many calories as walking, running or rowing.

I've never tried Dance Dance Revolution. But when I was a kid, I danced a lot. And I never had a weight problem.

Yes, it is a awesome exercise. I understand plenty of folks who dropped over one hundred lbs. by means of doing DDR. I'd endorse it to someone with a process and a pad for a exercise for the wintertime. Also, congrats at the weight reduction, I'm definite you are manner much less now too!
