The Mother and Stepfather of the child known as "Baby Grace" beat the child, held her head under water, and threw the child across the room. What (or who) would possess them to do such a thing.

Interesting side note, this wonder couple met while playing "World of Warcraft." Any demonic connection?

Is it possible people are capable of even more evil than demons?

People participate when they abort babies every day..............

However, this seems obviously demonic...............

When our conscience is shocked - the way this does a person --- it becomes inconceivable to us............Sadly, we're going to get used to this.

I severely doubt that World of Warcraft had anything to do with such a horrible act. I tried Wow, and I just got bored after the first week, never did I get the urge to try to kill a child. It was most likely due to severe psychological or sociological disorders, not an MMORPG...

No, there is no demonic connection. Millions of people play World of Warcraft and never torture or kill their children.

As a mother, I can not conceive of what would make parents mistreat their children. But I know that Satan, or demons, has nothing to do with it. Humankind has a dark, scary side sometimes ... and its frightening to accept that those things come from some twisted form of human nature, rather than attributing them to some evil, outside force.

Some people are just mentally ill or twisted. There may be a variety of reasons; drugs, prior abuse they experienced themselves, chemically imbalances in the brain, etc... I would not attribute it to "world of warcraft" as many people who played it are fine. Also, I can think of several instances where people abused/killed children and attributed it to religious causes, stating things like Jesus told them their child was possessed or some other such nonsense.

We had a case just recently in Australia where a young girl about 10 years old was found dead in her parent's care , she weight about 7 kg , was keep locked in her room and her room stunk from her urine and crap. The poor girl starved to death.
I am at a lost to answer why any person would let this happen let alone the mother.
The parents tried to blame the government.
I do not believe in hell and eternal torment but if someone deserves it , it is people like this.
If Satan & his Demons are worst than these people we are it trouble.

Yes unfortunately with free will comes the ability to exercise it in evil ways. Excuse me now as I am going to go a cry. This is awful and evil. What posses them I do not know but the state of this world lately frightens me. I need to hug my sons.
Peace Be With You,
Debra

You might have a point about how they met. That is the sickest thing someone could ever do. How could a MOTHER, that carried this baby for 9 months do this? They should kill her the same way the baby died.
