I definitely do not eat well. My diet consists mainly of carbohydrates. I love pasta, potatoes, and bread. I'm 21, 5'0", and I weigh 102 lbs. However, I know that my diet is not balanced, and I can feel its affects on my body. Most of the time, I feel tired. On top of it, I often feel light-headed. Could this have anything to do with my diet? If so, what could I eat to improve this? Thanks so much guys!

You need to add some dark green veggies. Broccoli has iron in it which helps with lightheadedness. Every meal you have should have a veggie in it.

Yes it could.

Like you, I adore pasta- especially good pasta.

Try adding vegetables- especially green vegetables. And a bit of protein. Also, make sure you are drinking enough water: Fatigue and vertigo often come with mild dehydration.

Good luck!
