The logic of the other responses is a bit silly.

the first one implys that right now the Spanish Inquisition is going on. Less people have been killed by abortion bombers in the last 15 years than were killed in Thailand by Islamic rebels... today!

the 3nd one; Unless the crimes are religiously motivate, why would mention religion... however, al-quada, for instance, is religiously motivated

person above me: Did you notice that you put "Richard Colvin Reid - shoe bomber (convicted terrorist)" under your list of noteworthy converts to islam?

extremists, radicals, ....
do u know how easy it is to say you are a muslim or christian. just say the words. it does not mean that they follow the religion, but just b/c they happen to be muslims it is on news.
how about christians, they kill ppl left and right, but do u ever hear them mention that the person is a christian. the u.s army, i would bet there are many christians, even serving in iraq and afganastan who kill muslims.
jews are torturing and killing palestians everyday in palestine. do you hear anything about that, no
the only thing u hear is when a muslim kills another person, when they have the right to b/c they are being occupied and told what to do by ppl who should not be there in the first place.

Most Merciful (Ar-Rahmaan)
67:29 Say: "He is (God) Most Gracious: We have believed in Him, and on Him have we put our trust: So, soon will ye know which (of us) it is that is in manifest error."

Interpretation:
(This name is very close to the name Ar-Raheem, which means The Merciful. However, Ar-Rahmaan is more specific in that no one except God is named by it, whereas Ar-Raheem may used to describe others. The Infinitely Merciful is He who loves men, first by creating them, second by guiding them to faith and to the means of salvation; third by making them happy in the next world; fourth by granting them the contemplation of Him; and fifth by having mercy on all of creation.)

Practical Application:
(The believer should apply this attribute by showing mercy to the negligent, dissuading them from the path of negligence and toward God. Believers should guide others toward God through counseling, regarding the disobedient with eyes of mercy and not contempt, and approaching every insubordination perpetrated in the world as their own misfortune. In essence, believers should guide the disobedient so they will not be exposed to God’s wrath. Also, believers should care about their relatives, for the root of the word “rahm” which means “relative” is derived from the word “Rahmaan”, and God will treat each of us as we treat our relatives.)

Ever read the police blog in any US city? Murders, rapes, robberies, arsons... do they say Christian this or Jewish that?? no... so why does the media prey on the Muslims who commit crimes? To brainwash you into believing Muslims are evil.
