You mean thrift shops?I live here in Evangelista. You should take the MRT and off the train at Magallanes station.Take a pedicab and tell the driver to drop you at Hizon St. It's the particular street I think you're looking for. By the way, pedicab fare is P10 but since its quite far, you can give him P15-20.
Yes...but Fat Michael's Place is in Lacuna St, the next street after Hizon.

The direction to the place provided above is correct. What you should remember is that the whole area is what is called Bangkal. If you are heading towards Baclaran, it is on the right side, before you hit the Malibay area. Yes, Hizon Street is where the thrift shops are located.
As to Fat Michael's, yes that shabby chic (more shabby than chic) restaurant is "walkable" from the thrift shops. But I swear the food is sooo good. The pastas and pizzas are the best.

Flea market,,,,maybe talipapa,,(small market) in Evangelista st,,,
ride any bus that have a BACLARAN sign,,seat on front if possible,,and tell the bus conductor to drop you at Evangelista street,,there is a JOLLY BEE on the corner,,,
then ride a jeepney, they are waiting in line near the corner,,, before you ride ask first if it will pass thru the flea market,,
which i doubt there is,,,,,my auntie live on evangelista st, and we visit them once a year ,but never hear of the flea market,,
NOTE ,,the bus conductor will be shouting places that it pass
if you hear BUENDIA,,the next one will be Evangelista
remind the conductor that your going down on that place,,,,,
maybe your talking about BACLARAN flea market (,the biggest,),,the best time to go if you like crowd,,, go there on Wednesday,,just ride any bus w/ balaran sign,,try to use an AIR-CON bus,,,
