Have been putting peroxide on it and, then neosporin.

Okay first off stop with the Peroxide. Then rap it with a dry sterile dressing, being sure to change it every day. It will get better. I bet you already have a little toenail there starting to cover it back up ;-)

Peroxide and neosporin are good. Other than that, keep it covered.

it needs to be dry. theres no need to put anything on it. air is the best thing for it.

Just leave it in the fresh air, you don't want to have bacteria living in there...
