Arrest, restitution, or finding of guilty, possible probation, restraining order, possibly getting your a$$ kicked.

How old are you? Well at least you are thinking about the punishments your actions receive.

All foour tires? Lets see....4 tires for $99.99, hmmm...misdemeanor. Oh, wait. Fines. Arrest record....just becuase someone said it is sealed, does NOT mean that NO ONE will see it, and then community service and/or probation. If the tires were Pirelli-P ZERO'S....Felony as each tire costs more then $100 you are in the Felony catagory.....for this act you can get up to 1 year incarcerated, no voting rights, no gun rights, no passport...

THEN after this is all done and said, your family looks like a bunch of inbred redneck idiots (thanks to you) their name has been in the paper, and they still have their punishment to meet out. Sure you are a big bad boy and can take it...a 7X8 cell, a hormonal teen with you (he has been locked up dor months and forgot what a girlfriend was like, a shower with all our closest friends looking and more....sounds like a Club Med Vacation. Handle your problems in an adult maner, it is usually more profitable.

ALways look at legal punishments as potentials to more problems. If you deface someone's private property a angry and half ****** judge may decide togive youone year in prison. He can do that. So be very careful making the assumption you will only get a slap on the risk. You'll be singing a different tune when day one you are in prison and there are three big guys winking at you. Now you have some real problems to worry about.

If it was my tires, an *** whuppin. But for some other weeny's tires, probably a fine and community service.

Unless it's those high dollar little skinny tires. That might get you up into felony territory where you're looking at a little jail time and probation too.

well if she's caught she will go jail until bail is posted then to court ..she will pay restitution (cost of tires ) she will have a black mark (a record ) she might have to pay all court costs for all parties involved !!plus she will need a lawyer (more money )

I think the person should have to buy the victim new tires. If you're mad at a person that's a very sorry way to show it.
