No. There are no female Green Berets. If you mean special operations, then yes. The term special operations means the units are created and disbanded to fill certain needs. During WWII, female pilots flew planes from the U.S. to Hawaii. That would be an example of special operations.

Yes there are women in Special Forces but they are a strong minority. Special Forces is simply one of the Army's Special Operations units, also known as Green Berets. All Special Operations units allow women to join assuming they can meet all of the same physical and mental standards required of the men, except the Navy SEALs, who do not allow women to even try.

There are females (in support roles) assigned to 'Group Level' (Basically the BDE level). Batallion level and lower does not have them.
As far as females going through the SFQ course, has been an urban legend for years. Have never seen or heard of one on a team.

But Delta Force has had women in it atleast twice,
The troops didn't like it, so the program was discontinued.
The women were used for intelligence gathering.
