That question has been asked once or twice a day for as long as I have been here. Check the previous asks. Ignore the short stupid answers and look at the long ones. You will get quite abit of info from both sides of the coin.
Also, you can check the local library. Most of them have a copy of Dianetics which is kindof a self-help book version of scientology courses.
I also would recommend starting at neutral sites such as these...

and then take that info to the sites that are for and against to see how they reword the same info to their particular version of the truth. :)

jjI always go to Religioustolerance.org when I need information on any religion. They do a fairly good job of presenting the truth about most religions without all of the sermonizing and opinion-based writing of some other sites. Below, I've included their info on Scientology. Good luck in your quest for knowledge.
