start with your regular MD. I have had pain daily since 1987 when I broke my back. I consider myself lucky to feel this pain as I could have been paralyzed.

My Doctor is EXCELLENT but I don't know if you would be able to reach here because I live in Killeen, Texas. Her name Is Dr. Gavande and she is an Indian lady. She is very nice and actually cares about your problems no matter how BIG or small( at least does a really good job at acting like it). She works at one of the hospitals in Ft. Hood (10 miles from Killeen...also the biggest military base in the United States.) I forgot which one though so sorry.

Start with a general practitioner or internist, who can determine what the cause of the pain is: arthritis, muscle strain, a fracture or break. From there, you can get a referral to a specialist, probably an orthopedic doctor, if necessary.

Dr Spears is well respected world wide, she lives in california and her "secret" treatment works the best, she calls it the "Hit Me Baby One More Time!" try it, it really worked well on me!
