Depends on what make the car is. If it were like a chevy... I would probably just turn around and walk away... If it were like a toyota, or even a honda I would look further into it. Being one of those makes, and having that many miles.. the car has only seen half of its life.

Well, mileage is not always a bad thing. A car is only as good as how well the previous owner took care of it. Whether it's a Ford or a Toyota, if the previous owner neglected the car, it would probably be best to avoid it altogether. Sellers always claim highway mileage, however unless it's a close friend, I would never factor that into the equation.
Many cars can run well past 200K miles so if the rest of the car is in great condition and the seller has service records as well as a clean title and vehicle history, it can be a great purchase. Good luck.

My mind tells me to pass. I don't care if it's America, Japanese, or otherwise. Any car of any make will fall apart if not properly maintained, even everyone's beloved Honda or Toyota. The more miles the car has on it the less sure you can be that it was taken care of, especially if it's being sold at a dealership.

ITS OLD AND MAY NOT BE VERY RELIABLE.. ALSO ALL THE PARTS OF THE CAR COULD BE OLD AND NEED TO BE CHECKED OUT. IF I WAS YOU I WOULD ASK FOR A TEST DAY. THIS MEANS YOU CAN TEST THE CAR OUT FOR A DAY. GO TO A GARAGE AND ASK THEM TO CHECK IT OUT. HOPE THIS HELPED
