Sara (what a nice Jewish name...:) )

For Jews, anything that even remotely conflicts with the idea that G-d is One and Indivisible will be rejected because it precludes true, pure, monotheism.

The idea that there is a G-d in heaven above who fights against a god of the underworld, or hell, is not monotheism.

Secondly, Jews believe that Satan (HaSaTan) acts with G-d's approval and is his "attorney general" (for lack of a better term).

Therefore, Satan never disobeyed G-d (at least, not in the Old Testament...and, as usual, the sequel is never as good as the original).

What is your point in all this? Are you actually worried that he is being treated unfairly?

Will you defend him in Gods court room?

This is a point not even worthy of two minutes of thought.
God loves you and wants you to come to him. Are you so worried about the father of deception?

He’s the only one by name who has been sentenced to suffer the second death, the death of the soul ... lake of fire. God’s going turn satan to ashes from within

Ezekiel 28:18 Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.

The above verse is what God will do to satan, the prince of Tyrus, which is one of satan’s titles.

Also, the fallen angles, the ones who left their place of habitation, heaven, and came to earth, not to be born of woman, but to seduce them, will go into the Lake of Fire.

Ezekiel Chapter 28:14-15

14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.
15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.

“The anointed cherub the covereth”, in the above verse, was satan before his fall from grace
