I have a friend who had gastric bypass surgery, and her plastic surgery was covered by insurance because of the huge amount of lose skin just hanging there that no matter how much exercise she does its not going to go away. She was also have some yeast infections on her skin inbetween the folds because of heat and friction.
Go to your primary doctor and or the doctor who performed and ask. Doesnt hurt to ask!

I think it would be hard.

I wouldnt ask someone who was still training to 'practice on you' as that would be dangerous.

I have not heard of surgeons who do work pro bono, the only thing I can think of is if you appled to go on a plastic surgery makeover television show.

Other than that I think it would cost although it may be possible to get it subsidised by health insurance/ health care.

I have heard of people making small payments on their surgery. Call the Dr's office and see if financing is possible. Many advertise on the internet to do that. It is possible. I am proud of you. Good Luck!
