This could be nothing, dry skin, new soap, allergy to some antibiotics, but you really need to see a doctor, two weeks is long enough, this could be a symptom of an an underlying disease, and you need to find out what it is. Make an appointment today.
While you are at doctors, ask him about being hungry after eating a full meal, this could be a sign of acid reflux, you do not need to feel heartburn to have this.

If you don't have any rash and you're not on any new meds then I'd say Dry skin. Did you start using the heat in your house. You need to moisturize your skin. After you shower, while you're still damp, put on lotion to trap in moisture. The itching should go away.
Try Aveeno, Cetaphil, Neutrogena to name a few.

Sounds like your skin can't tollerate your laundry soap.
Change the brand.
