Some are used for this purpose, some are used for air traffic control, and some are used for navigation. It depends on what the radar is designed for.

Soon you're going to see more and more cases of cancer involving military people. They are all being exposed to ground effect radar. Especially at airfields and military bases. These people are unwilling to admit that this is injuring people and has long term effects! They don't care if your exposed as long as they find the enemy!
