yes, i would go back being her friend. even though i did regret being her friend in the first place cause she was so depressed all the time, i left her and she got away. i really miss our friendship and would do anything to be friends with her again, but she hates me now =[. but i would be her best friend again if i had the chance =].

No, I do not regret the one that got away, he was the one that picked another woman and choose her! He will have the regret of letting me loose and got away!

Yes. I want to be the person who says "i don't regret anything"...but I definitely do and given the opportunity to go back to him, I would in a heartbeat.
I agree with Alice, like is all about timing, and it could just be that the timing was off.

Everyone has regrets and we all tend to look back on the one that got away. If you are still thinking about them and they are still thinking about you than maybe your timing was just off and you should give it another try.

Actually there were several that got away (or I got away from) ... and no I don't regret them. I didn't get away from one though and we've bee together for 45 years....so she probably wouldn't give me permission to go back to any of the others.

It makes my heart heavy to think of such, but yes I would. I am one who lives without much regret, but I regret letting that one get away. If given the chance, it would be without hesitation. :(

I do. We were at 6th form together and went our separate ways. It turns out that 20yrs later we both have businesses in the same industry. Indeed we are competitors.
She had a child a few months ago. I have always wondered what if.
