if you lose more than 2 pounds per week, it is from water weight. It looks like you are right on track. Good job!

If your drinking a lot of water then that shouldn't be a problem. A lot of the time your building muscle and if your not real skinny to begin with then your muscle wont show at the start but still will weigh. The 8 pounds could be baby fat or a part of the body you can't see hehe. Again 8 pounds is not alot in looks but keep up the good work and don't over due it and always do it the right way. (keep that finger out of your mouth!)

8 pounds isn't going make a difference in appearance. in the beginning of weight loss about 3 lbs can be water. what do you already weight? do you feel any difference in how your clothes fit? that will be the most noticeable.

girl who only eats 500 cal a day get some food and get some help. you're anorexic. people need a minimum of 1500 cal a day.

even if it is water weight so what? YOu are headed in the right direction and keep going. The other weight will eventually follow. Keep going you are doing a good job. That lady who says she eats 500 calories a day. Ummm not a good thing. If you eat too little your body goes into starvation mode which holds onto the fat and takes muscle.

Yeah, water and muscle I suppose. That is not just right. You shouldn't diet, but devour easy (well being). Additionally, you will have to be exercising and consuming what you want. That approach, you'll be toned, in better shape, and healthful even as... As an alternative of just being skinny.

well done on your loss so far, you will loose body water for a w hile, but remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so if you have only lost 8lbs, its water and fat, if you wasnt working out so much you may have lost more, whilst you are exersising you will be buliding muscle where you are targeting, try to do erobics or other cardio to burn fat, other types of exersise tend build muscle,
good luck

I doubt that it's all water weight. Try measuring your self every two weeks. Measure your waist, hips, thighs and abdomen. Keep a chart, this way you will "see" better where the changes are.

Congratulations. 8 pounds is very good. It is unlikely to be anything to do with water.
