Candii just keep praying and put all your troubles to God and He will answer, just have faith
You can approach God with confidence knowing that when you pray according to His will, He hears you and you have the thing asked of Him.
"This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him." 1 John 5:14,15
Since God wants only the best for you, He does not answer those prayers that will do you harm. God knows the future, you don't! He knows what is best, for we do not make wise choices. This is why it is so important to know God's will. Knowing His will involves a commitment to God of every thing that comes into our lives. It means praying, "Lord, I want your perfect will for me and my family." It involves asking, seeking, and knocking, for God reveals Himself only to those who are willing to do His will.

Is God real? Is a concept real? There is no evidence of God's existence, but anyone with faith will tell you that He just prefers it that way.
But, presuming that he does exist, he's not likely to reach down and help you out because the most important thing for us to be is self-sufficient. If He interferes and makes your life better all the time, then He teaches you to use Him as a crutch. We don't grow if He does that, and we could never be fulfilled.
The crux is that both the theistic and non-theistic answer is that you really need to stop asking God to fix your problems and take control of your own life. If relationships are going bad, then stop putting energy into them. If you're relying on someone to support you, learn how to support yourself. If your friends are abandoning you, look into yourself for an answer to why. God helps those who help themselves.
The one thing that this won't fix is if your health is going bad. Getting sick and dying is part of the human condition that no amount of praying is going to change.

He hasn't abandoned you. You might not be hearing the answer is all. What have you done to help yourself out of your situation? Do you choose to react negatively or joyfully? Yes, it is a choice. A difficult one, but still a choice. Whenever something happens to use, we choose how to react to it. The person or situation doesn't MAKE us feel a certain way.
God is real. I see the Divine in everything around me. For me God answers with signs, not spoken words. It may be as subtle as a change in my attitude or a decision to start a new way of doing something. It might even be making an appointment to talk with someone who can help (clergy, psychologist, trusted friend, etc.)
That you have opened your heart is the first step. Now there's work to do. For me, whenever I have a problem, I do several things. First, I pray/meditate on the problem. I ask the Divine to give me the strength I need to make whatever decisions I have to in order to change my situation. Then I ask what I can do to change myself. This is the only thing I have control over. I can't change someone else, I can only change me. The Divine has given us the tools to do this. We can reason, research, and reflect (oh! Three "Rs" - sorry, it's late!)
Then I pay attention to everything around me. I watch what animals I happen to see more often than usual or even ones I notice. What their personality is often gives me a clue as to what answer is locked in my own unconscious. I read how others in similar situations have changed their lives for the better. And, though it sounds silly, I concentrate at least once every day on the things that are good in my life.
Here's a thought. Did you have clothes to wear today? Two-thirds of the people in the world don't. Did you eat today? There are children everywhere, including our own country, where children and adults go to sleep without have been able to get food that day. Do you have a roof over your head or someplace you can find refuge. Thousands of people in Darfur don't and are maimed and killed as a result.
Is someone hurting you? You have the ability to go to the police, a teacher, a friend, anyone until someone listens. Are you addicted to a dangerous substance or activity? Walk into a hospital emergency room and ask for help. They can't refuse you.
These are the things the Divine uses to help us to help ourselves. Don't believe for a minute that you are alone, you aren't. The Divine is there surrounding you. Don't believe that you are the only one to have the problems you have. You aren't. And this is good news because there is a book in the library, or someone's home, or in a bookstore that tells you what that person did to turn their life around. You can learn from that.
Good luck. I will keep you in my meditations. Whenever I have trouble hearing what the Divine is trying to tell me (and, BOY!, can I be stubborn sometimes!), I will take a walk in a park or go somewhere there is quiet and just listen to what's around me.
Good journeys and take care.

One thing my aunt told me, is that when she was having trouble paying her bills last year, she was always worrying. Always stressed. Then someone told her to take all of her bills and financial problems and put them into a manila envelope and carry them around with her to never put them down.
She did, and finally she decided that it was too much trouble carrying all that burden and she gave it to God. She threw down the bills and got more of a clear head. Now she's in the black, and God has answered her. She's not rich or anything, but she can pay her bills most months and the months she cant she says "God it's in your hands" And sometimes some one is there to help her, or the collectors don't call that week.
It's all in your perspective. If you think God has abandoned you, nothing will change your mind except a swift kick in the butt. I think you should keep doing what you are doing. Pray fervently and seek a change in yourself so that you are more open and receptive to the help of God and others!!

I'm afraid there's no-one to hear your prayers. Obviously that's a pity, but instead of imaginary deities, remember that you can turn to friends for help. They're a much better bet because they can actually get things done.
The really good news is that you don't have to live by the silly rules in holy books: just don't hurt others, and you can do pretty much whatever you like.

God is real, He always listens what you ask but you probably never realize when He answers your questions. Find any Masters/Prophets/etc who can open your inner ears and eyes to hear the inner sound and see the inner light from God.

As a Muslim i believe that God answers everyone's prayers if they ask Him sincerely. His answers though do not have to come in the form that we want. God knows what is best for us, maybe you are asking for something that to you seems good, but He knows that in the long term it will be harmful to you, so He either delays it to another time, or He rewards you in Paradise.
Remember opening your heart to God is a blessing in itself, so ask Him to guide you to what is right, and what is better for you, He is the All Knowing the All Merciful.

I can answer this for you. I learned that He does not answer if there is an unconfessed sin in your life. Confess your sins and ask for forgiveness even for the ones you don't remember. Then start anew. Remember to pray in Jesus' name, to praise God in your prayer and then make your requests known. You must remember the possible answers to your prayer are 'yes', 'no', or 'not now'. Pray every day, and even make an ongoing list. We move away from Him at times, but He does not move away from us.

God willing, He will answer you. Sometimes it requires a lot of patiences because God is preparing you to receive that which you're asking for. He doesn't work on a time schedule you want. Have great patience. Even the Prophets of God used to think He forgot about them and it was only at the point when they were about to give up that God's help would arrive.
Ask and you shall receive. You must also work towards making change happen. Then you will see His help.

God indeed listens to our prayers. Sometimes he allows us to go through things in order to grow and to see if we really do trust and believe in him. Please continue to pray and believe. Faith is so important. No matter how things seem and appear to be, just hold to the knowledge that God is loving you and wanting the best for you always. Don't give up and don't let the enemy play games with your mind. God bless you.
