If a woman likes being eyed up by a man - is it sinful for the man to eye up the woman?

I suspect the man's thoughts may be sinful. I guess you get eyed up quite a bit! ;o)
But I can't see where sodomy is relevant.

In the west, man is allowed to be a man. The difference is, MOST of the western men are gentlemen and would NEVER pinch a woman or talk to her in an inappropriate way. I was talking to a guy yesterday who said he and his wife went to Morocco and Egypt for a vacation and even though she wore a head scarf when she went to shop in the markets, Muslim men would call her a sl*t and a whore, right to her face. You'd think the government would remind them about the value of tourist revenue and warn them to shut up.
Also, since there's no such thing as sin, men can look all they like. They just can't touch. That's the non-verbal agreement.

See where Jesus said "if you even LOOK at a woman who is not your wife with lust in your heart, you have committed adultery."
It doesn't matter if you like it or not, it's still wrong. Morality is objective, not subjective.
And yes, what does this have to do with sodomy?

Is a man who's not eye-ing you up sending you some sort of signal that he wants to sodomise you?
