Morning stiffness you get with Arthritis and Fibromalgia, so it might be the later. However Mom is right best get it checked out.

Maybe it's the mattress..Maybe even if it's not that old.Possibly
it just might not be that comfortable. Is there any way that you can switch beds with anyone in the house or sleep on a different bed.for awhile to see if it is your mattress or not ? You are
pretty young to be having that kind of back problem

It can be your pillows, position in bed, or a health issue. If your feeling fine physically, try a new pillow. Then try on of those squishy-bean type pillows between your knees if you're a side sleeper. Lastly, trying sleeping in a different location, such as the couch. That should let you know if it's your bed.

If it is kidney stones then drinking plenty of water will help for the pain. Kidney stones can give you a sharp stinging pain in your lower back.

Do you have financial worries? If you answer yes to that, it could manifest in your lower back
