Lol! I don't think you'll get much, if any business in salt lake. Although there are some non-Mormons...not many and it's against the Mormon religion to drink alcohol.
So, with the lack of business, and the fact the bank would probably be owned by a Mormon, you wont get the loan to open the store.

The loan from the bank depends on your credit. Banks are a business they aren't concerned with morality. I think you would be able to do a good business assuming liquor is legal in Salt Lake City.

You'd better check with state laws first --
There are state liquor stores all across the state of Utah and many restaurants have liquor licenses, but there are several restricting laws regarding the selling of liquor.
The state liquor stores are expanding and doing a good business. But, no, you couldn't get a loan for a liquor store as the banks are probably familiar with the state laws and realize it's illegal.

Have you heard of feasibility studies? If you are going to open a business, you must run estimates of sales and if you will even make one. And when you say feasibility, know the need of the people in that place, culture, background, hobbies.. things relevant to liquor. And obviously, you just wrote this for laugh... high percentage of ppl there are mormons. What do you expect?

Maybe I should open up a mission right next store so after you try to destroy the people I can help them try to give them some compassion, and hope, a sandwich and a place to stay at night after you close for the night and count your money.

Wow, good luck with that.
There are ALOT of people there who follow the Mormon religion, so they don't believe in drinking alcohol. It might not be the best place to establish a business...

Secondly yes you might get some business. But it would be like selling snow cones in alaska. People would buy, but not many.

Would not work. Liquor stores in Utah are state owned and operated. There are no private liquor stores there. Your joke flops....
