I apparently do. Id get chest pains and would be short of breath. They can feel like a heart attack or panic attack. My doc prescribed me motrin for my chest and xanex for my head lol. I also feel antsy and unsure when im out in a crowded or just normal public place. Stress has a lot to do with it. Find a way to alleviate that.

I have never had it diagnosed or anything, but I have a lot of nerves and can get nervous about a lot. It used to be worse, but I would sometimes get mini panic attacks or start shaking when thinking of something like a presentation in class. Anxious is a better word, I get fearful of what can go wrong, and then make my mind go crazy trying to think of too much at once.

I feel like I have more than the average person, but I think everyone has nerves, the best remedy is to face and go through whatever I was nervous about. I don't like medication as a quick fix, and I would rather just combat and overcome these feelings. For me, experience with situations I'm nervous about has been very helpful.

It can also be related to stress, and simple things like eating better or working out can also help, makes you relax, sit back, and try to enjoy life more. Maybe I am a little cynical, but I wouldn't doubt that all these preservatives and crap found all over food and even all this medicine being prescribed help contribute to some of these feelings

there is such a large epidemic of panic attacks and so on its alarming. i am a hair stylist and suffer from these attacks, they can be involuntary, which is really scary. i have used so many resources, and have no clear answers. so many of my clients have come forth with their silent suffering, there is some comfort in knowing we are not alone. i am so tired of doctors doing nothing, i have so many hospital bills from the chest pain etc. i will now have to move because i cannot afford where i live and really have no place to go. thats just the tip of what these disorders have done to me.

Hi,

I have been through something very similar with my mother. It's amazing how something
can tear apart your life like that. It hit her the hardest when I was getting ready
to move out of the house to my own apartment. She took pills for it, but they only got
her so far.

We tried several different things all ending in the same result. I'm not sure if there is
a way to completely get rid of it, but there are things that can help. I know that it
does run in the family. ONE of the things that helped her out a lot was a site we can across
online while searching for help. If you're interested follow the link below and best of luck
to you.

Read up on Miami Dolphins running back Ricky Williams. He's got it, and it's affecting his career. He can't work out properly after taking legal drugs for it due to their side effects, and now he's been busted three times for NFL illegal substances (including marijuana twice) trying to calm the beast inside long enough to get back on the field.
