When will we grow out of religion?

when the world ends...because it well end because of religous wars...

when we admit that we are writing our own script.

while religion still exists we have an excuse to continue down a path which is, not for want of a better word "Wholesome" ... religion promises us retribution a Savior to wash our way our sins. Carry on Jesus is coming...

However since at the beginning of the industrial revolution philosophers were questioning whether the omni - creator was in fact 'of evil spirit'.

Religion has been highly questioned since the 15th century, Galileo, Newton, Einstein...

In the wake of events such as the 2 world wars, concentration camps, Hiroshima, the twin towers, and the destruction and poisoning of our environment to name a view. Consider the proliferation of sex, abuse of children, and increasing crime rate... If there is something writing a script there sick...

perhaps the surge of baby boomers was just that one to many souls to guide and the poor thing went into overdrive had a mental breakdown, and died back in1989 with the Berlin wall (the last of 'one world script theory')

It is not a question of 'We' growing out of religion but when will our leaders stop using as a crutch for inefficient management.

You will grow out of religion when you stay out of the community and inside a cave . You will grow old inside the cave without knowing anything in this world. You will not even know how to use the computer or internet. so learn things alone inside the cave like a monkey. who is growing along the forest.

When we shall become wise enough to understand the Truth called GOD. Until such time we shall remain groping in the darkness of ignorance. Religion is merely a key we have to open the door to knowledge and truth by ourselves and once we are in a position to open the door we can have an access to the TRUTH, then we can grow out of religion. Remember religion is the most abused and misinterpreted concept that has been exploited by the vested interests to keep all us away from the TRUTH and GOD. God is within your own selves you will find it only if you seek by keeping religion out.

It will not be possible because its a matter of personal belief. Religion will exist till destruction of the world, only u can remain out of it, no body will bother until and unless u try to hurt a religious person's emotion. Stop asking such question further as its not going to materialize.

Religion isn't just worshipping things and sacrificing yourself and others. Religion is the belief that something controls us and we have a purpose. Humanity needs something to believe in, to believe something will happen when we die. We also need to ask for someone's help when we need it and, often, someone to blame when things go wrong. And for our rules and as an incentive not to do wrong (i.e hell, turning into a pig in the next life).

Religion is man made fantasy putting humanity at the center of the Universe. We will never abandon religion because that would involve admitting that people are not the reason that everything exists.

If you really think about it.. religion is like history or in other words our past.
In all forms of religion, there is a beginning.. the end of it will show when we know God (by seeing the value of how everything works through the Will of God.
When we can accept our religion and Faith with absolute TRUTH...by doing this, you see that ALL religions that believe in the ULTIMATE Creator... are for God.

All rivers run to the Sea. Damns and things get in the way, but man utilizes the water stored up for survival and drinking. Which then flows through the make up of Man...and find it's ways back to the Sea.
