It depends to the person if she graduated with degree or not.
For me it depends to the skill can you give in your career.
For me a good attitude is a big factor to get a job even you are not in degree.

It isn't true. You can have a trade or career doing many things without a degree. You could have a career cutting the heads off sardines to put in cans or thousands of other careers. If it requires education you will compete with people with a good education but you can get many careers that nobody with degrees wants. You can even start a company or invest in rental houses you repair yourself.
Almost nobody in my family has degrees but they have careers.
One is a cook in a prison, one works in the office of a nursing home, one schedules visiting nurses.
You can't get a profession but you can get a career without a degree.

no you are not. I am also facing the same problem.. It means that a "degree" has become a basic qualification and we don't have that ****. Start following a degree or a professional qualification which is equal to a degree.. that's what i am doing now... :)
