Ok, red rash on his belly, flaky, scabby skin, hair loss, horrible fleas. I used baby oil on his dry skin (vet recommended). dawn on fleas (also vet recommended). Also, I use advantage, but they still aren't going away, and I don't bathe him a lot. I already know that will dry out his skin more. He already has a vet appointment, but if anyone knows what could be wrong with him let me know. thanx

some dogs are allergic to fleas, and the bites itch also. i had a chow shepard mix with the same problem. hartz used to make a tea tree oil shampoo, it worked great once a month. i also dabbed sulfidene (sp?) on the spots with a cotton ball every other day, and i gave him one 25 mg benadryl for allergies nightly. you can get it from the vet.

Dog balls...the domestic dog's self worth? Ha! The rattling matters are plastic and the animal will get no advantage from having them in his scrotum. The vet bought you a invoice of items so he would benefit from your lack of awareness. And if it used to be your proposal to have them implanted he must have attempted to dissuade you. Dogs (certainly doggies) don't have any inkling of what occurred within the vet's workplace besides he fell asleep and has a few affliction down by means of his penis. But he does suppose much less competitive and now the mutt around the avenue does not appear to be such a lot of a risk to him.
