Here are suggestions

1. Include Foods From All Food Groups(unless vegetarian)

2. Carbohydrate Should be Slow-Release and Low in Glycemic Value

3. Fat-intake Should be Predominantly Non-Saturated

4. Eat Enough Omega-3 Fats

5. Eat More High-Fiber Foods

6. Beware Hidden Fats and Sugars (and Sodium)

7. Choose Healthy Snacks

Okay, you may not be able to eat these healthy foods all the time, but include them in your diet as often as possible!\

Try excercising them more often. that would be more helpful.
If you go out eat, try to reduce how many times you go out to. Home food is much better, healthier and less fattier than resteraunt food.

A recent article on the Forbes website confirmed what medical experts had been saying all along…

You’re harbouring a dangerous chemical in your home, feeding to yourself and your family on a daily basis, and it’s killing you at a quicker rate than ever before.

It’s killing you in the form of diabetes, heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, and obesity. Yeah, it’s making you and your kids fatter as it’s killing you. And just like a parasite, it sucks out valuable health promoting nutrients from your entire body.

This toxic poison that medical experts worldwide are warning against is now the #1 additive being add to foods by manufactures. In fact, today this toxic ingredient is being eaten 17 times more per day than it was back in the 1922.

What’s worse is that there are two other ingredients sitting in your kitchen right now that are equally as dangerous for you and your family… they’re making you fat and bloated… and they’re destroying your health from the inside out at an alarming rate.

Best of all you’ll discover how to easily rid your house of these evil ingredients that are destroying your health AND how to replace them with nutrient dense alternatives that will give you and your family better health, more energy, and help you easily drop the fat that’s been building up over the years.

Okay here goes a recipe for breakfast: fruit salad I think you know how to make a fruit salad just dice up the fruit. Here goes a recipe for lunch: a healthy sandwich. This sandwich consists of lettuce, whole grain bread, tomatoes, honey turkey ( maybe Boar's Head), cheese (any type),and you may add a LITTLE salt or black pepper.(Try not to use any spreads in your sandwich.) For dinner I suggest vegetable soup or any kind of soups except cream soups. You can usually buy those soups in cans at the grocery or supermarket. Hope I helped.

Soup is easy and healthy...yummy I suppose is up to you and what you put in it.

You just toss some broth in a pan, add some veggies, bring to a boil, then toss in some shells or rotini, or whatever.

You can also add can or pouch chicken, or hillshire farm beef sausage, or little smokies or whatever.

You can make your fav hamburger foods healthier by using ground turkey instead...cheaper too. Ground turkey makes excellent taco meat, shepherd's pie, and spaghetti sauce.

Chips and salsa is pretty healthy...baked chips.

Pizzas can be made very healthy.

When you make mashed potatos, smash in some other veggies as well...cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, etc...add flavor and vitamins. This is actually very sneaky for parents with younger children too...you can also add a veggie puree to spaghetti sauce.

toss together: fresh spinach, feta or goat cheese, dried cranberries, candied pecans, and raspberry vinegarette. SO delicious!! also, most fish are healthy and mild, and would broaden a teen's culinary horizons. grouper is fantastic.
