Why would join the military if you didn't want to go to war? You are trained to protect this country and if that involves war then that is your DUTY! It's a volunteer service and you accept the whole package. None of these guys want to be at war or be away from their families but they knew the possibility was there when they signed up.
If they all refused to go to war who would protect this country? Sounds like you didn't know what you were getting into but if you refuse you will lose every bit of self-respect you have not to mention the self-respect of the soldiers that were counting on you watch their back.
If you can't handle what being a soldier involves then I hope you're not deployed because you could get alot of people killed and if you refuse to go then you deserve to lose whatever the military takes. It will NEVER be more than what those have already lost though.

Let me get this straight. . .you have offshore accounts, yet you volunteered for the military (there is no draft), and then decided you didn't want to live up to the obligation you volunteered for, i.e. go to war (That IS the prime purpose of the military, right?). Or did you think they were just fooling about the "combat" part of the enlistment briefing?
What planet are you on?
You accounts offshore are probably safe, although you can bet the FBI will be keeping an eye on them for you. You would be charged under the UCMJ article 87, missing movement, article 85, desertion and/or article 86, AWOL. Possibly also article 83, fraudulent enlistment.
"All the Power" this administration has is no different than any other administration. This comment tells me you're a liberal nut who is not in the military, and in fact probably despises the concept.

Are you asking if you refuse to go to Iraq or another country will the government lock your bank accounts offshore? First of all, are you on active duty in a branch of the Armed Forces? I do not think that the government has the authority to do such a thing, even if you were on active duty. Even individuals that avoided the draft back in the 60's and 70's during the Vietnam war didn't have their accounts "frozen."

I think you need to post more details here!
Are you talking about a specific case in which a member of the US military who has refused to deploy has had is Bank accounts frozen??
Is this not standard practice to deny an alleged criminal the chance to use money to flee the country?

If a soldier in our all-volunteer army "refused to go to war", then freezing offshore accounts is completely justified. Actions have consequences.

the only way that would happen is if you are actually in the military and you refuse your assignment. If that happens you get put in jail and tried for treason. Good luck with that though.
