Why not just go to confession. The priest will appreciate your honesty and courage for coming in. The best part is your sins are wiped clean and you will no longer have to sit in the dark
especially carrying those big sacks of sins.
I pray for you me brother in Christ. May the bless and open the eyes of you heart
Christ Now and Forever.

Confession to a priest is only obligatory once a year (during Lent) and when you have done grave or mortal sin. Venial sins are not subject for confession but anyone could do so as a sign of advancement in the faith and a closer relationship with the Lord. It is a sin to receive Holy Communion under the state of mortal sin because one is violating the very essence of the sacrament for communion means oneness with God and other members of the Church. Since sin separates someone from God and the members of the Church then it is a sin to receive communion. It is like when you belong to a group which decided to contribute to buy pizza and such contribution was put in a can without others knowing it and you did not chipped in but you say you did and you also ate, you are doing an injustice to the others.

Okay, first off, you are not eating bread; you are eating the Body of Jesus, truly present in the sacrifice of the Holy Eucharist.

That being said, I am not quite sure what act you are asking is a sin. However, I will discuss consuming the Blessed Sacrament in a state of mortal sin.

To receive Eucharist in a state of mortal sin is another mortal sin. The Eucharist is a beautiful gift that Jesus gave His Church, and we must be as pure as possible if we wish to receive Him.

Now, mortal sin is often misunderstood. Basically, anything that breaks one of the 10 Commandments (this makes it grave matter) and you know it is wrong, but you still decide to go against God and do it anyway, is a mortal sin.

So let's say you deliberately look at pornography, and you know it is wrong and it is a mortal sin. You have committed a mortal sin.

To be able to receive Communion, you must go to Confession first and receive Absolution. Simply confessing a mortal sin in private is not enough.

I'm unsure what you mean by "eat the bread" and "don't do sin again". The Church encourages us to learn about our faith as adults, so why don't you talk to your local parish priest and discuss your questions directly. He may get a better understanding of what you mean in your question as I don't quite understand what you are asking. I believe the R.C. Church does expect Catholics, those who are baptized and confirmed to make confession at least once a year. But there are many good reason to do it more often. If in doubt ask a priest or an active practicing catholic. There are lots of great websites that have clergy available to answer questions like yours.
www.catholic.com is just one of them. You can also search the web and find many others.
Just remember, that God knows what's in your heart, and it's probably not a sin if you are sincerely trying to please God or do the right thing, so long as you aren't harming others or yourself.
The great commandment is to love God and others.

You can confess all you want to because you are not offending God, just your church/religon. See unless like Jesus told Nicodemus; "I tell you the truth, unless a man is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God" (John 3:3) ...
It does not matter how much bread you eat.
So if you have not been "born again" by praying Romans 10:9 and you do not enter the kingdom of heaven, guess where you are going to end up?
So I would pray: Dear God, I know that I am a sinner and that you sent Jesus to die for my sins. Father God, I ask that Jesus come into my heart and save me. I believe the Holy Ghost will lead and guide me from this day forward unto all rightousness in you. Amen.
It is soooo simple. No big schmas or cartwheels/flips. Just a simple prayer and your in! Then the H.S. will lead you to live holy. So if you make a mistake you can just ask God to forgive you and that he help you to do better.
Doesnt that take a burden off your shoulders? It did me when I did it. Felt like a weight was lifted. I felt so light! Or would you rather say a thousand Hail Marys or flog your back till it is bloody in an effort to save your soul by "your" own means?
That is Gods way, simple. You choose.

Are you saying you're confessing your sins in prayer, directly to God and not going through the priest? It may be a sin to the church, but it's not a sin in God's eyes - this is how it is SUPPOSE to be. No one should stand between you and God.

I think the rules say that you must go to confession at least once a year. Ask the Holy Spirit for guidance on this. If you have no mortal sin on your soul, I think it's okay to ask forgiveness on your own using the Publican's prayer, say an Our Father and Hail Mary. Be sincere, and make sure you make a good confession, and not a whimsical one.

The Penitential Rite, at the beginning of Mass is not the same thing as the Sacrament of Reconciliation. If you want your sins to be forgiven, you must ask forgiveness via the Sacrament.

Catholics are very cautious and they do not do any thing which is tantamounts to sins. Your confession will be for once and not for again and again and you commit sins again and aginan. It is of no use. So I don't agree with you that you commit sins and et bread with the promise not to commit sins. Sins are sins and not permitted any more.

First, this question is impossible to follow. Instead of worrying about sinning, perhaps you should attend school and learn about writing, grammar and sentence structure?
Not to mention spelling. Confession is how it's spelled. I really really don't think God is worried about your sinning if you did or didn't eat the bread during mass. He wants you to be educated and enlightened so you can read his word. If you don't believe me take thee to a Church and talk to a Priest.
