okay this is going to sound weird but its what i heard, Since you are a Guardsmen the money comes from the state and sometimes the money runs out therefore you have to wait until that fund is restock for lack of better words. Once that happens then you will get your money,. However that answer has always seemed stupid and I worked personnel for 13 years so I really do know but in the Reserves.. I give your unit a little longer then I would contact Battalion give them some time then I place a call to your state Senator its amazing how fast they can get things done. However no one will be happy with you because talking to a Senator is a Very Big Deal, It makes people ear rings if you catch my drift

You will receive your bonus when you complete your initial training and sign into your permanent duty post. If you are already there, inform your command that you have not received your bonus and they will more than likely send you to finance. If finance doesn't help then have your command take care of the problem......O-5 or above will get pencils pushing!

Your question is vague. Are you already in the military or did you just enlist? You won't get the bonus until your first pay check after basic training if you haven't gone yet. If you are already in, you should get it once the paperwork is approved.

hah, same problem i had. You have to figure in the army's "hurry up and wait" policy, lol. What you need to do is tell your Section Sargent, (assuming your already at your first duty station), that you need to get ahold of finance.

you should be talking to Finance.

This is of course, assuming you have completed you part of the bargain.. all training and have since reported to your duty station.
