The bump sounds more like an irritation, than an infection.
Try using a mild tea tree oil solution on it, twice a day, see if that takes it down.
Try using titanium jewellery insted of the one you have in atm, as it could be caused by an allergy, however you would have known about it a long while back.
If not go to your piercer and let them see it, they will have a better idea if they can see it.
Hope that helps

They probable meant not in any respect take a piercing gun on your own ear. Claire's has pierced 1000's of thousands of ears, so if there turned right into a mission with the way they did it, you are able to probable study it.

i had the same problem 3 different times i pierced my belly button. i just had to finally accept that my body keeps rejecting the piercing. try going to the to the shop you got it done and see what they say. if not than u probably are allergic. try using a gold ring instead of a silver one. good luck!

i`ve had my piercing for over five years and never had a problem with it. best thing to do is try to avoid touching it. but if you need to, make sure that your hands are clean. BACTINE is a very good product for cleaning. i used it every chanced i had, at least three times a day. you can buy this product at wal-mart for under three bucks. :)
and if that doesn`t make it better, take it off. you`re probably allergic.
hope this helps.

remove the piercing asap, wash the area well and go to your doctor asap, forget about loosing your piercing, you might end up in the hospital with septicimia or worst.

I think you should go and see a doctor and they can give you some antibiotics for it.

I would say definitely see a doctor. If it's something simple, which hopefully it is, they can give you a prescription.
