did PS steal from DJ Liquid-Ian Peel's vertigo mix? If you don't know what i'm talking about find that song and listen to it.

The only PS console that plays a song when you turn it on is the PS3.
But it is more classical.
PS1 has a low humming noise.
PS2 has the saem as PS! but its a little louder.

NO, the PS1, PS2, and PS3 all sound different when you turn them on. I personally like the way how the PS3 sounds when you turn it on because the music in the background sounds very sophisticated. It sounds like a violin or some other type of musical instrument playing in the background when the PS3 is turned on.

Edit: I just found the song that you were talking about on Itunes and it sounds just like how the Playstation 1 sounds when you turn it on. I guess that Sony must have asked for permission to use that song.

Well when you touch the on button it beeps, and then it plays that song the above people talked about. This is the PS3, I'm not sure about the PS, or PS2. Also when you turn the PS3 off, you touch and hold the button and it beeps again.
