God creates angels in heaven.
Then one angel, Satan, becomes jealous of God and wants to overthrow Him.
God then goes ahead in trashing Satan down to earth and condemns Satan's future as pre-doomed in the book of Revelations.

For an angel like Satan to actually witness God's powers and even dare to challange Him is odd.

What is even more odd is that after being clearly defeated and miserable Satan doesn't repent.

What is even further odd than that is the fact that God prejudges His own creation like Satan and claiming for certainty that Satan won't repent.

If God created Satan a perfect angel with a normal soul and feelings like the other angels then why would Satan appear to be so rebellious and evil in nature.

It is almost like Satan was created with a black heart not knowing how to repent and to be good.

After all Satan was created pure so it is impossible for Satan not to feel regret or know that God is too powerful.

No matter what you Christians believe in the Bible and whatever prophecies you believed to become true this story about Satan is just too much like a fairytale.

Satan being a villian that can't understand that he can't fight God and being so jealous that he can't repent!

It sounds too much like a fairy tale.

I just don't understand how you could believe this?

God is all knowing and seeing. He created Luicifer and gave him free will to choose to serve God or have the hubris to rebel agaist him but he choose rebellion.

I suppose Satan's greatest lies were, "God does not exist". and, " I (Satan) do not exist".

Those two lies were his masterpeice deception and it is working.

Yes well not every prophecy is in Revelations. First the Rapture shall occur and the true followers of Jesus shall meet in heaven too receive their crowns for their Christian services. The Antichrist aka abomination that makes desolation shall forge a 7 year tribulation shall commence once Israel signs a peace treaty for 7 years. ANY GUESSESS ON WHO THE ANTICHRIST IS; IS ONLY A FOOLS GAME!!! After the rapture the antichrist shall reveal himself and only the newly converts of Jesus after the rapture shall decipher the name of the beast which is 666, SO IN ESSENCE ANY 666 GUESSING GAMES RIGHT NOW BEFORE THE RAPTURE IS ALSO A FOOLS GAME!!! The Antichrist will be a powerful world leader well versed in all arts. The antichrist myriads of talents are the following:
• Oratorical genius (Great speaking ability that entrances the human ears i.e. Hitler)
• Intellectual Genius
• Commercial Genius
• Military Genius
• Administrative genius
• Religious genius

Once this happens the judgments shall commence. The first is the seven seals of the scroll opened by Jesus. By order of the treaty of the Antichrist the Jews are now allowed to build their Temple. During this time because God has such bountiful grace and mercy he dispatched 144,000 Jewish evangelicals out of the 12 tribes of Israel 12,000 each Tribe to proclaim the gospel AND MANY shall be saved. God shall also dispatch the 2 witnesses to preach their testimony for 1,260 or 3 ½ years, these witnesses are indestructible during this time they will command fire to come from the sky as well as shut the sky to inhibit rain from falling and execute as many plagues and torments as often as they wish. THE 2 WITNESSES SHALL BREATH FIRE FROM THEIR MOUTHS TO ANYONE WHO ATTEMPTS TO HARM THEM; THIS IS THE WAY THEY MUST DIE. Some speculate that it shall be Moses and Elijah, we know it shall be Elijah as written in Malachi 4:5. Then the seven trumpets of Judgment shall commence which are worse than the 7 seal of the scroll. During this time while Israel is in their false sense of Security Rogue nations that harbor hatred towards them shall do a sneak attack on them this is prophesied in Ezekiel Chapter 38 and 39 know as the Prophecy Against Gog. It is when Russia, Ethiopia, Libya, Iran, Turkey and other nations try to wipe Israel of the map but to no avail for God obliterates them in his wrath and hot anger. During the first half of tribulations the false world religion controls everything even the Beast of the Sea. Also some of the Jews heeding the warning of the Jewish Evangelicals shall be suspicious and disillusioned by the antichrist (world Leader) and flee to the ancient Ruins of Petra/Bozrah there they shall be supernaturally protected by God. While the raptured followers of Jesus are given their crown they are pestered by the Devil accusing them they are not worthy to be saved but his accusation (Satan) are in Vain. God having enough of his dribble and comments from the peanut gallery expels Satan out of the atmospheric heaven. When the midpoint of the tribulation comes about the antichrist shall slay the two witnesses and the whole world is so morally bankrupt that they shall rejoice over their death and even give gifts to each other. After 3 ½ days they shall come back to life and a voice from heaven shall say “come” and a cloud ascend them both to heaven while their enemies look below a tenth of Jerusalem is destroyed by an earthquake and 7,000 people are killed via earthquake worldwide. Then the antichrist shall sit himself on the throne and proclaim himself to be “god” and demand worship. The beast out of the Earth (False Prophet) shall make sure everyone accepts the mark of the beast failure to accept it means you cannot buy or sell and you shall be beheaded. This will separate the true Christians from the pseudo-Christians. During this time God in his mercy shall do something that has never been done before!!! He shall dispatch 3 powerful angels in the guise of humans to preach the everlasting gospel. They will adamantly stress and warn that those who accept the mark of the beast shall partake the winepress of God’s wrath. This means accepting the mark of the beast is THE UNFORGIVABLE SIN!!!!!!!! Once the Antichrist sit on the throne and declares himself as “god” then the wrath of Sovereign Lord will reach its zenith and his boiling anger shall commence the 7 bowls of his wrath which is worse than the seven seals of the scroll and the 7 trumpets of Judgment. Babylon shall be rebuilt and all commerce shall be transferred to there as in total opposition of God. Babylon is finally destroyed. The heavens rejoiced at its destruction. Jerusalem shall be taken over and then the nations meet at the valley of Megiddo or known as Armageddon. After Israel recognized its national sin the rejection of Jesus they pray for 2 days and the Lord hears their prayers and Jesus comes back by landing his feat on the Mount of Olives Zechariah 14:3-5. Jesus shall defeat the antichrist and his forces by uttering the word of God and for 1,600 stadias or 2,000 miles up to the horses’ bridle the whole valley of Megiddo shall be a sea of blood thus written in the book of Isaiah 63:1-6. Everyone but the antichrist and false prophet have been turned into fodder by Jesus. The antichrist and false prophet are thrown into the lake of fire tormented day and night. Blessed are those who make it to 1,335 days what does that mean Daniel 12:11-12. It means that a saved Christian or Jew that accepted Jesus as their savior are invited to the millennium. From the period of the abomination that makes (midpoint of the tribulations) desolation of the temple to the end of that shall be 1,260 days plus 45 days to purify the Earth from the grievous damage and filth and plus 75 days to judge the nations treatment towards Israel the parting of the sheep and goats the sheep are allowed to enter the millennial kingdom governed by Jesus that equals 1,335 days!! This is the kingdom that was in Daniel 2:44-45 that is the millennial kingdom!! At this time Satan shall be bound in the bottomless pit so he may not tempt for the next 1,000 years. Creation shall be radically changed as the Adamic curse shall be partially lifted there shall be new healthy bodies at that time disease is no more. People can live for 1,000 years!! Nature shall be transformed and wild animals shall be tamed and we all shall be pretty much vegetarians as written in the book Isaiah 65:17-25 and this:

for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the LORD
as the waters cover the sea.


However great that is people are still going to rebel as written in Isaiah 65:20!! Even under utopia conditions via Jesus people shall go against Jesus. Satan shall be released and the rebels will be destroyed by fire from God. Those who are at the Great white Throne are not saved and are not written in The book of life they are thrown in the lake of fire forever and the ones who are saved are in bliss with God and Jesus in the new heaven and Earth. Praise the Lord Jesus!!

Let's say I work with a man I find extremely attractive. We talk and his body language suggests he finds me attractive as well.
But I'm married and happily so. My husband is very loving and gives me everything I need and want... but this other guy has so much to offer to.
Instead of putting the idea of an affair out of my head, let's say I dwell on it. In fact, I think about it so much, that I no longer see the good things my husband offers. I want what I "can't" have. In the end, I have the affair. My husband loves me and is more than willing to forgive me but I no longer care about him. In fact, I go around to all my married friends and tell them how wonderful affairs are and that they should have them too.

In a similar way, Satan wanted what he shouldn't have- the worship of God's creation. So, not only did he help cause the fall of man, he encouraged the other angels to follow after him and leave God. (Which is mentioned in the Bible at Genesis 6:1-4).

Satan is like a sociopath. He doesn't feel regret so the end of him will be eternal destruction.
Satan should have rejected his rebellious thoughts, but he dwelled on them until the sin became manifest (James 1:15)
Now he just "lives for today" like so many people do. And he figures since he's going to be destroyed he'll take as many of God's precious people down with him.

God created angels to serve Him, not as robots but as sentient beings with the ability to love. That means God has to create them with a freewill. To love God means to choose to love and not hate, choose to serve and not to rebel.

Angels were created slightly higher than men because they are spirits and spirits possess qualities that are hard to sway back once it has made a decision - in the case of fallen angels they cannot repent because their being spirits have closed that decision once and for all. Men, on the other hand, has bopdy, soul, and spirit. When he dies the spirit goes back to God (it is not the part of man that rebels against God), his body rots becasue of the curse of sin, and the soul goes into the path either salvation or judgment becasue it is the soul that sinned.

Satan has no soul - he is pure spirit but nothing like God's. And God does not have to prejudge Satan for all eternity - God doesn't have to...He knows. Satan knows his predicament and his future, he also knows the power of God, he knows God - but the bible says he does not believe.

With a little effort in prayer and study, this subject would be less strange even to you.

God uses Satan for his own purposes and for the greater good of man. Yes god knows what is going to happen and he allows it. But that is because he gave us free will to choose our own destinies. With him or with Satan.

God even uses Satan to His own ends (2 Corinthians 12:7)

Angels are not like humans, stop comparing Satan to a human. He is nothing like us.

Yes, I must admit it is hard to imagine being in the presence of God and not being satisfied with that, but on a whole, I still think the Bible is more believable than some other things. Prophecies fulfilled and other evidence causes me to trust what is in the Bible even if it seems extraordinary. After all, the idea of someone rising from the dead is unusual too, yet Christians base their whole faith on it.
Is it as far fetched believing life came from non-life, or that nature can be intelligent enough to "randomly" create higher life forms to the level of humans, or that somehow the second law of thermodynamics was repealed for the sake of evolution? You may not think so, but many Christians find some of these things even harder to believe.
As I explained to others before, if Christians are right, they live in eternal bliss. Atheists are in bad shape eternally.If atheists are right, neither of us will know as we will just be rotting worm food. As for me, I will stick with Jesus, it's a much better deal!

Wow. What a question.
Had a conversation with Satan some time back. He said it was very unfair of God to condemn him for being greedy and envious of God. Seems sin was found in his heart. Ezekiel 28:15. He said he did not know how he came to have evil in him seeing as how he had been created perfect. He said he longed to return to the time when he was the covering cherub and in the presence of God. I asked what would be required to make that possible. He said that was before the creation of the world so everything here would cease to exist including me. I was about to agree to that when I asked “and if I agree to this you will worship the God that you were jealous of and cease to want to be the greatest in the universe. (Isaiah 14:13) That turned him like a train down a dirt road and he left me. He does not want anything to do with me to this day.

Regardless of why he became evil he is not willing to repent and serve God as he was created to do. So the rest does not matter. He has no future nor do those who choose to serve him.

Did you ever stop to rationalize that if you have the power to rejected God with your mind. That Satan who is far wiser than any man would be that much more rebellious than you? Why is it so hard for you to imagine spirit creatures being similarly unreasonable, & resisting God's own rules?

When a person allows themself to have improper desire, & dwells on it, this is 'missing the mark of perfection": sin. Continous, willful sin spells death.

God didn't make Satan a resister. He got that name only after becoming God's main resister. It was entirely his [Satan's] choice. Did he realize what would happen to him eventually? He seems to have chosen not to believe the obvious, like so many human criminals have done...

What you are claiming is that no one can ever go too far, & step over the line of no return. But once a person hardens their heart to hate everything good & resist it, there is no longer any hope for them...

For 1,000 years Jesus will sit upon the throne in Jerusalem. People will be able to see Him and His miracles in person.

One thing that God will bring out in Judgment is that those who reject Him are desperately wicked and their heart is evil, so they need to be separated from Him for all eternity.

What does it tell you? Even if you were to see Jesus Christ perform a miracle with your own eyes, you would not believe. Either you love and accept God or you do not.

Some believe he is an Accuser working for God to point out our sins. Humans put their own meanings into Satan to explain the evils in the world. They fabricated that their discomforts are caused by Satan; he will be banished by God along with all his corrupted. Justice is served!

The problem is, that isn't what his role was intended to be. Hence why his existance as we see it doesn't make sense.

According to Islam , Angels are created for mere obedience and to worship without having free well. Satan was not an angel , but JINN who really had/has free well, and thus he has chosen to disobey.
