Same as when you find Alibaba's treasure i guess. Use it to help those in need and save some for yourself. Peace!

Assuming that the fountain of youth is actually really somewhere in the wilds of Florida, and considering that I am pretty crappy at finding my way around in the wilderness, I would probably drink a bit of it and then wander off trying to find my way back to civilization. If I managed not to get eaten by an alligator, by the time I found my way back to civilization, I would probably have no clue whatsoever how to get back to the fountain again.

If I happened to be lucky enough to have something that I could carry some of the water back in, I would probably take a portion of it to a lab to see what the heck is in it.

I'll let it go & be quiet... what's the point of having the fountain of youth if someone kill you just so that he/she can get it.

Drink from it obviously.

I would charge people for it, but I would not tell them the location of the fountain.

Don't give it out for public consumption. Allow only great scientists or something to have a tiny bit, so that they can continue on their paths to finding cures and answers.

It is promised in the future.

(Job 33:25) Let his flesh become fresher than in youth; Let him return to the days of his youthful vigor.’

It certainly is not in the past. So far, no one has got any younger.
