So I have been working out non stop and I am trying to find a healthy way to support my muscle growth. I have looked into creatine, amino acids, proteins. I'm new to the "enhancement" thing and I don't want to take anything that is going to hurt me or cause "shrinkage" of other male parts. As I said, I'm new and I've heard stories. So a natural way to gain muscle mass and support growth of athletic ability. Anyone got any ideas.

I probably get to the gym about three times a week. I am 15, in highschool, and lift personal weights everynight. Along with the basic sit ups and push ups.
