sometimes, i notice that products can make you break out more, but then after a period of time, your skin will be ok and mostly zit-free. you should try products with salicylic acid. right now, i'm using the clearasil ultra-something. it's supposed to get rid of pimples in 3 days. i don't think it really gets rid of zits in 3 days, but it does work very well on me. you should have a proper beauty regime if you don't already have one (cleanse, tone, moisturize). my dermatologist recommended Stieva and Myocin. those work very well, but only if you stick to a healthy diet and don't sleep late. and you should try exfoliating your skin and using mud masks or other any facial mask too, to prevent pores from clogging and really cleanse your skin. good luck!

This will only dry out your face. Plus, bleach your sheets and shirts. What kind of cleaning routine are you doing? I have struggled with acne for years and years. I still am and I'm in my 20's. I've stuck to 1 cleansing product, use an astringent/toner after I wash, apply a salycic acid moisturizer and my acne medicine. You really should visit a doctor who can prescribe you something strong. But also remember, you need to be patient when you try something new. Sometimes trying too many products is part of the problem. Good luck.

1] buy a face wash, without benzoyl peroxide if possible, AND a toner or astringent, sunscreen, and moisturizer; ALL for oily/acne prone skin. Quit with the cream for now, wait two or three days.
2] Wash, tone, and sunscreen in AM; wash tone and moisturize [ dry parts of face ] in PM.
3] exfoliate with SI Ives or Aapri apricot scrub, two or three times a week.
4] after three days, dab a bit of the acne cream only on zits, and very oily areas.
5] drink about 1/2 gallon of water a day
6] avoid fried, fast, and junk food - even diet junk food
7] take vitamins with minerals every day

Sometimes really dry skin breaks out a lot more than before you were treating the acne. Continue using it, but before you apply it to your acne, use an oil free lotion, then apply to the infected areas.
