Fool Proof Fudge. This is so easy. 1 can condensed milk 1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate (chips) put the chips in a sauce pan over medium heat as they start to melt add the can of milk pouring slowly. Mix all together until melted and smooth. Line a pan (glass casserole dish) with wax paper.Pour into dish and spread even.Let sit over night. To remove, put casserole dish in warm water so the the bottom is covered.(only bottom) let stand for a few minutes.Take out and now lift the wax paper our, flip and remove the fudge.Cut into bite size pieces. Ice if you would like or leave plain. Trust me, this is so easy and taste so good. You can also add peanut better and swirl it in the chocolate before you pour it.

A very easy cookie would be a drop cookie with fruit and nuts. I highly recommend the Toll House Chocolate Chip recipe that you can find on any package of Nestle's Chocolate Chips (or just use the link below) and add chopped dried cherries, apricots, and dates, along with chopped pecans, walnuts, and almonds. Very tasty and very easy.
Or try the same basic recipe with a couple of cups of shredded coconut and chopped macadamia nuts.

That recipe is my fave!! I make it all the time...you can use chocolate chips, if you like...ive never made it with the pecans. It's really simple and quick, and everyone always loves them....if you make them, when you take them out of the oven they will seem undercooked...but they harden up a lot, so beware and dont overcook, lol
