You should realize that the concept of Lucifer as being the devil, Satan, a fallen angel, demon, or anything of the like, is a complete myth, which I am about to explain to you.

The only place Lucifer appears in the bible is Isaiah 14:12. When St. Jerome was translating the Hebrew into Latin, he translated the Hebrew "helel ben shachar', which means "son of the dawn", as "morning star", or "Lucifer", which is what Latins called Venus when it appeared as a star in the morning. This gave rise to the popular myth as Lucifer being a fallen angel.

But it is a lie. In truth, Isaiah 14:12 refers to a Babylonian king, and that Babylonian king's son - helel ben shachar.

Don't be surprised. Religions lie all the time. You'll be really shocked when you see what Genesis 3:22 says.

You could do what I do about my crush on Lucifer... on Starchild... on LazarusLong... (Ok, so now y'all know =), which is to enjoy their QAs - and recognize Y!A for what it is... a unique, evolving fantasyland we create, recreate and create some more. (WOW! does this make us gods? KEWL!)

In Y!A, we can manifest as as we see ourselves; as we would like to be; as completely made-up personae; or as any combination of the above.

On the other hand, we sometimes reveal our deepest thoughts and feelings, safe in knowing that, though we consider some here to be friends, nobody knows our names or where we live.

I suggest that you enjoy your infatuation (I sure enjoy mine), answer his questions, ask questions you think he will answer, and never lose sight of the fact that Y!A is what it is. And the people on Y!A are no more -and no less- than how they choose to represent themselves.

edit: Oh GEEZ! I forgot too mention my infatuation with Mandy A! I love you best, girlfriend. I was just thinking ahead to the rest of my answer. Forgive me? ♥Z

Lucifer appears to be a shy and elusive creature. I recommend you approach from behind with a large net, wrestle him to the ground, and let nature take its course. He will thank you later...

Zee! Ditto, Lovie... I have what may be an odd theory. Is it possible you are REALLY the future, more evolved me, popping in from time to time in order to set the 'past' Mandy straight? And before you ask, yes, I took my meds this morning.

He is very gorgeous, powerful and extremely intelligent. Yet, you have something he still wants very badly. You don't seem to playing hard to get. If you keep it up he's going to have a lot of fun with you and then dump you once he has what he wants.
