Yes, of course!
People with an excellent credit history often drive away without taking a dime out of their pocket!

If you do not have credit history, you may need a co-signer/buyer with excellent credit to help get you started.
Or you may be able to qualify for a 1st time buyer program on a brand new vehicle.
Some vehicles also have large rebates that can be used as down payments too.

Yes if you have excellent credit and you will still pay high interest without 1/3 down.

You would need to have really good credit and be prepared to have every bit of the tax title and license fees wrapped into your financing.
