Consider these points:

* Control as much of your job process or environment as possible without obsessing (priorities, variety)
* Develop great rapport with co-workers.
* Counselling or Life Coaching in Stress Management.
* Healthy outside interests (sports, movies, travel).
* Offer creative solutions to improve job.
* Learn more to make job easier or more pleasant.
* Spiritual perspective on life's meanings.

Try to look at your job from different perspective and you may find some interesting things to explore, like people, situations, ways to improve your skills and qualities. Enjoy yourself. Use your imagination and curiosity. Also helps thinking that the job you have now is the best for you and try to appreciate the good things and be grateful. But if you are very unhappy about your job changing it is the only way.

By getting a different job. You don't need to tell anyone. Just go to the library or even on line and check out books on how to ...write one
Now you have an answer to your question. So now you have to use massive power, power and more power.

It's kind of hard to answer when we don't know what kind of job. sure you can go and answer on Y!A but is it a desk job?
