i am 26 years old, weight is 100lbs, 5'2ft in height and with small body frame. i dont eat rice and beef.

you need to have generally healthy eating habits. stay hydrated, eat regular meals, plenty of C and B vitamins, omega fatty acids

Eat less salt, saturated fats, and trans fats. Drink More water!! Take some omega 3 fish oil supplements. Eat more foods containing anti-oxidants, especially blueberries. Stay away from junk food. Get most all of your protein from legumes, seeds, and nuts not animal meat.
