God communicates through the ether's.
All of the above stated processes apply!
It is man that speaks!
God does not speak - God communicates through a Resonance (or vibration).
God manifests this Resonance through the Prophets in parable form, so these parables can be understood by the masses!
These parables are layered upon many levels of consciousness.
If a receiver is tuned to a higher level of consciousness the greater the understanding of the parable!
The fourth level of consciousness which is Wisdom (Judgment), and above, can perceive small amounts of this Resonance. Much like intercepting coded messages.
Prophets are Resonated to directly through an intermediary.
Man gets only glimpses.
Nuff said...........
"Goodness" deserves a 'pearl', wouldn't you agree.....?
"Peace be always with you."

Sunman , He does speak in all Languages
because in Gods plan, when He decided how He wanted Man Created. God choose
different Ethical Culture's in order to make
him Diverse, to have insight to variety, form
character in Spiritual qualities reguarding
God pertaining to divinity or theology.
God created mankind not to become
worldly or mundane. That's why He speaks
poetically, and in parables. Why?
So we can have a better understanding of
God's kingdom. An unquestionably true fact.

Yes, whispered, for to hear requires being present in each moment to receive. Personally? Infinitely. Then again, who is God to you, or another? Good question...but like many of us, we do not have a wish to categorise. God, and the knowingness of this is so personal, that explaining the phenomenon becomes like trying to trap the wind in a box to show another. All I could show you is what I am shown.... through my art and writing. For me poetically, because the language is then powerful and incremental, meaning it is able to be taken in more fully when the vibration fits us, and us alone.

He speaks in all of those ways.
Jesus Himself was Truth as a person. So His very life, His ontology, "spoke" just as much as His actual words.
Unlike human beings, when God speaks, physical material is actually created from nothing. So the Word is actually a creative force, and the underpinning of all things.

Literally in English. God yells at me usually when it's life threatening I'd be stupid not to listen, but it's hard to hear God over all the background noise in the world.

Because words are useless if no one uses them.
just as emotions have an endless spectrum, so do needs. The human imagination conjures up whatever suits it and puts a label on it that pleases the imaginer

It seems to me that it depends on to whom. We each respond differently and from different perspectives. So, in my estimation, "God" speaks whatever "language" I speak. In my case, it is intuitively, poetically, lyrically, artistically, energetically, and humorously. In other words, from and to my unique level of development and understanding. The "why of that" is probably (my take on it) that when in Rome, speak as the Romans do. Communication must always be at the level of the recipient. I am Sirius

None of the above if you are using the word, God, to mean a personified deity.
"The perfect goodness that is God" - one's concept of the divine or ideal good - is simply known within. As in "The Kingdom of Heaven is within."
However, the "word of god" is an adept's attempt to use any or all of your examples to express what they intuit as the relationship between being and reality - how our psychological state (purity) affects physics (our experience of reality) and their unique process for achieving it.

I don't know about God but the Goddess speaks through the skin, flesh, bones and marrow, and I speak back through the skin, flesh, bones and marrow. This alchemy then shows us both the great wisdom of why our own eyes, ears and senses see, feel smell, and taste otherness, and it is bliss. There's a little more to it than this but some things can only be whispered. : )
EDIT: I'm getting unpopular.{lol} Maybe I should go read a book. Hmmmmmmm, the book of life sounds interesting. : )
EDIT: I see G-man down there again, where ever he goes thumbs down aways follow. Coyotes know how to use the shadows and we do have good eyes. : )
