It's not God that wants the Fan Club. If God exists, s/he doesn't need anything from us. It's the Chapter Bureaucrats, the managers of the little Petty Fiefdoms that need the Fan Club. How else could they survive and control people?

Are we gods puppets or is god the metaphoric puppet of the higher minded who try to guide the masses ? if the latter is true than a fan club is our guage of human nature.

God is in all of us, when we love God, we love the goodness that is in ourselves & others. We endeavor to bring love, harmony, and peace to the world; It's like when you forgive someone you in turn are blessed with forgiveness. When you show your family and others you love and care about them, they are inspired to show love and caring for others.
