I believe they haven't found them because it's possible they are quite rare. As you may recall, Fred and Barney spent most of their day either sleeping or working at the quarry, where they were ON TOP of dinasaurs, not beside them.
Of course, Dash Rip-rock's footprints would be embedded in cement in Hollyrock's sidewalk of fame and so be preserved somewhere, but we have no way of knowing where that is, (although we're still looking)

Creationists have found human tracks next to dinosaurs. Look it up. I have seen it with my own two eyes. There is a whole muesem dedicated to creationism that proves this. It is somewhere in Texas.
