well it depends. Im bilingual myself, spanish/english. I was born in Uruguay and rased in the states. Im now living in Spain and let me tell you that there are tons of available positions out there for bilingual people. But for my age (20yr) and no college, Tourism is the best thing to do. I work as a receptionist at a 4 stars hotel and they pay me really good and the job it´s cool as heck. You get to meet all sorts of people and tons of americans as well. You also run into french, italians, and germans but they all have the english language in common as well so thats my advice.
good luck

anything, especially receptionist jobs or office jobs that deal with a lot of the public in person and on the phone, like a medical receptionist.

Gosh, lots.....
Starting with a translator, which can pay very well. Pretty much, you could do just about anything.

It depends on what other skills and training you have, and what the two languages are.
