I take it you have a project you're working on, like me. :) I'm making a bulletin board out of them. Anyway, chat up fancy restaurant bartender and sommeliers, and call caterers in your area that do the fancy weddings. I had a medium wedding and went through 36 bottles of bubbly. You'll have all you want right there from a nice wedding.

Contact a winery that makes sparkling wine and has a tasting room. They usually end up throwing the used corks away and will gladly give you as many as you want if you ask nicely and buy a bottle.
