l am sure if your dad really wanted a t.v or a computer, he would get one, one of the troubles today is, that most folk are spellbound by the t.v or computer, what would we ever do if the hydro went off for good, these items have only been around for a short while, think what our ancestors did to keep themselves amused, they played games, TALKED !!!, read books, went outside for a walk, kids could play outside with a ball ,or chalk or my favourite, a skipping rope.
So leave the poor guy alone, its not the end of the world to be without a computer or t.v

Mankind lived without those 2 things for thousands of centuries.
You will too.
There ARE other things to do.Talk, read a book, go fishing, hunting,learn how to fix things,play sports, play games, go hiking,roller skate.I used to have a TV and havent had one in 5 yrs, there is nothing but GARBAGE on it son.I get a lot more done since I am just down to a computer.

Wow he sure knows how to occupy his time then. Buy him one. I bet when he gets one he will never want to leave the house. How could one not have a t.v.??? Woah! My dad has a computer, but I don't think he even knows how to turn it on. He has a business though where everyone does it for him, so I guess he doesn't need that, but I don't think he could live without t.v. It puts him to sleep haha

If he can live without them, you should admire his life style. Because you cant live without a TV or a computer. HAHA!
