If my head is turned to the left when I tilt my body forward and down, I feel a sharp pain around my temporal lobe. Any ideas on what this has to do with?

First call your OB's office. It could be round ligament pain though. Oh and the mucus plug is what seals off your cervix to keep germs away from the baby. It's usually lost (expelled) a few days before delivery, when your body's getting ready for labor.
